“Miracle on Weaver Street” Event

Santa and his elves will be available to pass out a gift and other surprises to all children (12 and under) on the nice list! 

EACH CHILD MUST BE REGISTERED AND PRESENT AT THE DECEMBER 15th, 2024 EVENT TO RECEIVE GIFTS

Please fill out the application form with all information requested. An elf will contact you prior to the event to confirm your family’s time of arrival for the event. WE MUST BE ABLE TO REACH YOU TO CONFIRM ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED.  We will be assigning each family a number to be able to identify you and match you with the presents that Santa and his elves picked for you.  PLEASE REMEMBER THIS NUMBER, as we will be asking you for it on the day of the event. 

ALL applications MUST BE printed and either mailed in, dropped off in our mailbox, or handed to Melissa at the food pantry line by NOVEMBER 30th. We will not accept applications emailed or messages sent to our Social Media pages. There are far too many applications to keep track of and the rules apply to EVERYONE. If you do not have a printer, you can access one at the local library or ask a friend, case worker, or family member to print it for you. Thank you!

*Mailed applications must be postmarked by NOVEMBER 30th, 2024. Applications received after this date WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

*We ask that you bring any form of identification showing the parent/guardian name, in case we have any issues finding you on our list.

*If you registered last year, and you were a NO SHOW, you will be placed on a waitlist for this year’s event.

*For local community partners and agencies, we ask that you have interested clients fill out the application themselves, and follow the same instructions as above. 

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT applications received after the deadline; multiple applications from an agency, an application received via email; or any verbal or social media requests.
